Notes about Gavin Yates:

Gavin was awarded the 2023-24 FPHL Playoffs MVP after a 15 point performance in 7 games. He also won the FPHL Playoffs MVP with the Watertown Wolves in 2017-18.

Has won four championships in the FPHL, in 2017-18 with the Watertown Wolves and three straight with the Binghamton Black Bears in 2023-24, in 2024-25 and in 2025-26. This makes him apart of the 3-Peat-ers club which are the members of the Black Bears who were all apart of the 3 consecutive title run for the Black Bears.

After five seasons with the Black Bears, Gavin has played the most regulation games at 200 with the Binghamton Black Bears and is the only Black Bears player to hit the 200 games played mark.
