| The Binghamton Black Bears (29-3-0) earned a 2–1 win over the Watertown Wolves (11-16-3) on Saturday night, with all three goals in the game coming on the power play. Binghamton opened the scoring in the first period when CJ Stubbs converted his ninth power-play goal of the season at 8:25. Watertown pulled even early in the second frame as Hunter Hall cashed in with the man-advantage at 7:01. The Black Bears responded late in the period when Dan Stone restored the lead at 17:18, again on the power play. Neither side found the back of the net in the third period, as Binghamton protected the one-goal margin the rest of the way to secure the 2–1 final. The Black Bears finished the night 2-for-7 on the power play, while the Wolves went 1-for-4. |
