| The Binghamton Black Bears (28-4-1) defeated the Mississippi Sea Wolves (5-25-3) by the score of 4-2 on Saturday night in Biloxi, MS. Scoring his 9th goal of the season, Gavin Yates scored 4:16 into the 1st period giving the Black Bears a 1-0 lead. Jesse Anderson scores the Black Bears second goal of the game just 1 minute and 57 seconds after the Yates goal, his 6th goal of the season and gives the Black Bears a quick 2-0 lead. The Sea Wolves get on the score-sheet first in the second period as Tanner Coleman scores 2:33 into the period. The Black Bears regain a 2 goal lead with a Dakota Bohn tally at the 13:25 mark of the period. Then just 22 seconds later, the Black Bears get their second goal of the period and fourth of the game by Austin Thompson making this a 4-1 game with 5:13 left in the period. With Emerson Emery in the box for slashing, Lucas Piekarczyk scored the first power goal of the weekend, making this a 4-2 game at the 15:51 mark of the middle period.
