August 28, 2026 - by Brooks Hill - Binghamton Black Bears News Release BINGHAMTON- The Binghamton Black Bears, 3x Commissioner Cup Champions, are proud to announce that Forward Parker Bonsignore has signed for the 2026-27 season! Bonsignore is the 19th player to sign ahead of training camp next month. Bonsignore is a 21-year-old native of Rochester, NY. He comes to the Black Bears organization from the junior ranks, most recently with the Powassan VooDoos of the NOJHL. Last season, Bonsignore appeared in 28 games, scored nine goals and added 13 assists. He had spent time prior in the NCDC, OJHL, COJHL and CCHL. Parker was a member of the Connecticut Chiefs 16U AAA program and the Buffalo Stampede. He stands at 6'0" and adds another left-handed shot to the Black Bears locker room.
