| The Binghamton Black Bears (26-4-1) defeated the Mississippi Sea Wolves (5-24-3) on rebrand night in Biloxi as the Sea Wolves for one night played as the Mississippi Mullet. The Black Bears score first with a Kyle Stephan goal, his 10th goal of the season at the 3:16 mark of the first. Austin Thompson then followed that up just 58 seconds later with his 21st goal of the season and giving the Black Bears the quick 2-0 lead. The Black Bears get a 3 goal lead with a Zac Sirota strike at the 7:20 mark of the first period, Sirota's 3rd goal in the last four games. The Sea Wolves score first in the 2nd period as they put the pressure on early in the period scoring off the shot of Noah Hippolyte-Smith at the 2:08 mark making this a 3-1 lead. Just 54 seconds into the third period, the Black Bears got their 4th goal of the game from Khade Henry who scored his 7th goal of the season. Zac Sirota scored his second goal of the game four minutes into the 3rd period giving the Black Bears a 5-1 lead. The Black Bears continue to dominate the game and the 3rd period winning 5-1, their 27th win of the season. |
