Dallas Gaume starred as a
forward for the Binghamton Whalers in the mid-1980s. In
four seasons with the Whalers he registered 261 points (91
goals, 170 assists) and played more regular season games
than any other player in Whaler history (273). Gaume
earned one call up to the NHL where he scored two points
(1 goal, 1 assist) in four games during the 1988-1989
season. Gaume spent six seasons as a player in Norway
after leaving the Binghamton Whalers at the conclusion of
the 1989-1990 season. Gaume was an assistant coach for the Red Deer Rebels in the Canadian junior hockey ranks near his hometown of Innisfail , Alberta . His duties with the Rebels prevented Gaume from attending the ceremony. |
