Nick Cyprian sets eyes on Binghamton August 11, 2026 |

August 4, 2026 - by Brooks Hill - Binghamton Black Bears News Release BINGHAMTON- The Binghamton Black Bears, 3x Commissioner Cup Champions, are proud to announce that Forward Nick Cyprian has signed for the 2026-27 season! Nick is the 11th rookie player and ninth forward to sign ahead of training camp this fall. Nick is a 24-year-old native of Aledo, Texas, that shoots left-handed. He gained professional experience last season in the SPHL, playing seven games with the Peoria Rivermen and Roanoke Rail Yard Dogs. Prior to turning to professional, Cyprian was member of the Chatham University Cougar hockey program for four years. At the NCAA DIII level, Cyprian appeared in 105 games, scored 46 goals and added 76 assists. Cyprian also has led the Cougars in total points during his Sophomore, Junior and Senior seasons.
