Syracuse Alum, Jack Wren stays in Upstate August 11, 2026 |

July 31, 2026 - by Brooks Hill - Binghamton Black Bears News Release BINGHAMTON- The Binghamton Black Bears, 3x Commissioner Cup Champions, are proud to announce that Forward Jack Wren has signed for the 2026-27 season! Jack is the 10th rookie player and eighth forward to sign ahead of training camp this fall. Jack is a 24-year-old native of Albany, New York. He attended Syracuse University and was a member of the Orange's ACHA hockey program all four years. Across his time at Syracuse, Wren played in 101 games, scored 38 goals and added 30 assists. He will be the first member of the Orange's hockey team to participate in training camp with the Black Bears. Prior to attending Syracuse, Wren played prep hockey at The Hill Academy in Ontario with their 16U and 18U teams and played two years of juniors in the EHL. Congrats Jack and welcome to Binghamton!
