Play Goal in the 3rd period in the loss to the

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - Jon DiSalvatore had a goal and an
assist and Nate Prosser scored the game-winner as the
Houston Aeros downed the Binghamton Senators 2-1 in Game 3
of the 2011 Calder Cup Finals in front of a sellout crowd of
4,710 at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena on
Wednesday night.
With the win the Aeros now have a
two-games-to-one lead in the best-of-seven series.
Patrick O’Sullivan assisted on both Aeros goals while
Houston goaltender Matt Hackett made 28 saves en route to
the victory.
B-Sens’ captain Ryan Keller put
Binghamton on the board with a power play tally at 2:52 of
the third period. Andre Benoit and Zack Smith assisted on
Keller’s goal, his ninth of the post-season.
Goaltender Robin Lehner made his 16th consecutive start,
stopping 28 of 30 in the loss.
Game 4 is Friday night
in Binghamton. The puck drops at 7:05 p.m.
