BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators hit the ice for Game 4 of the first round of the 2011 Calder Cup Playoffs tonight seeking to draw even at two games apiece in their series versus the Manchester Monarchs. Ryan Potulny notched a hat trick, bumping his post-season goal total to five, but the B-Sens as a whole fell short as the visiting Monarchs doubled up on the home standing Senators 6-3.

The win was the second straight for the Monarchs in Binghamton, helping them to a commanding 3-1 Atlantic Division Semifinals lead.

Manchester's goals came from six different players, including rookie Brayden Schenn, who tallied his first as a professional at 7:05 of the third period and added an assist on Viatcheslav Voynov's goal. David Kolomatis, Justin Azevedo, David Meckler and Corey Elkins would also score for the Monarchs.

Barry Brust earned the nod in goal for Binghamtin for the fourth straight game, allowing six goals on 26 shots faced. His counter part Martin Jones stopped 35 of 38 shots for the Monarchs.

Ryan Keller and Roman Wick each earned a pair of assists, while Andre Benoit and David Dziurzynski would each garner a single helper.

Binghamton seeks to evade elimination tomorrow at 7:05 p.m. as they host the Manchester Monarchs in Game Five of the best-of-seven Atlantic Division Semifinals. Tickets are $18.75 for side seats and $17.75 for end zone seats. Fans can purchase tickets at www.ticketmaster.com, by phone at 1-800-745-3000 or in person at the Binghamton Senators' executive office located on the third floor of the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena or the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena box office
