Hired as Player/Asst Coach
Coachman joined the team on 12/2 and is an immediate leader on the Black Bears.
2022-12-29 Brant Sherwood
Hired as Interim Head Coach
With Gary Gill taking a leave of absence from the team, the Black Bears have hired Sherwood as Interim Head Coach. This season he was working as an Assistant Coach for the Temple University Owls.
2022-12-26 Joseph Sheppard
Traded to Sea Wolves - for future considerations
Sheppard was 5-0 this season for the Black Bears with a 2.57 GAA, saving a .919 save percentage and in 31 games for the Black Bears in the last 2 seasons was 16-6-1 with a 4.28 GAA and a .895 save percentage.
