Binghamton Native D'Amigo, Former AHL Player to Join the Black Bears as an Assistant

| Jerry D'Amigo joins the Black Bears as an Assistant Coach. | BINGHAMTON, NY - The Binghamton Black Bears announced on social media today that Binghamton, NY native Jerry D'Amigo will be joining the team tonight as an Assistant Coach. Though D'Amigo never played for a professional Binghamton hockey team, he has high level talent and skill that saw him play 31 games in NHL (22 with Toronto and 9 with Buffalo), parts of 8 season in AHL with the Toronto Marlies, Springfield Falcons, Rochester Americans and Colorado Eagles. Last season D'Amigo played for Duesseldorf EG in Germany. D'Amigo played a handful games at the Arena with Toronto and Rochester early in his professional career. The Black Bears, 3-0 on the young season host the Mississippi Sea Wolves tonight at the Visions Veterans Memorial Arena.
