| The Binghamton Black Bears (26-11-3) lost
3 games in 3 nights by the same score, 4-3 to the Carolina
Thunderbirds (29-6-5) this weekend, with only the Saturday game
going to overtime, meaning the Black Bears only earned 1 point of 9
this weekend in front of their home crowd, this was only the second
3 game losing streak for the team this season. Kyle Powell scored a
5 on 5 goal for the Black Bears, whereas Jake Shultz and Donald
Olivieri both scored on the power play to round out the Black Bears
3 goals. The Black Bears now travel to Biloxi for a Wednesday night
game against the Mississippi Sea Wolves. |
