| The Binghamton Black Bears (25-9-2) lost
an important game to the Danbury Hat Tricks (27-6-5) in front of a
capacity crowd (4,893), 3-2. Gavin Yates started the scoring in the
1st period for the Black Bears on the power play, then in the 3rd
period Mathieu Boislard scored as well on the power play which put
the Black Bears up 2-1. However the Hat Tricks then scored 2 late
period goals with the winning goal coming at 19:56 off the stick of
Lucas DeBenedet to send the Black Bears and the fans home
disappointed. The Black Bears will travel down Interstate 86 to
Elmira to play the Mammoth with a puck drop to be at 6:30 PM at the
First Arena. |
