| The Binghamton Black Bears (13-4-2) won
their 4th game in a row and the line of Tyler Gjurich, Tyson Kirkby
and the returning Gavin Yates tallied up 11 pts in a 6-3 win vs. the
Deleware Thunder (1-15-1) Saturday night at the Arena. Tyler Gjurich
who is marching towards 600 points in his career scored twice for
the Black Bears and had two assists. Not to be undone, his linemate
Tyson Kirkby had 2 goals, 2 assists and a fight to complete the
Gordie Howe Hat Trick, while Gavin Yates returned from Injury with 3
assists. Taylor Cutting got his 1st goal as a Black Bear and Mac
Lewis chipped in with a goal as well. Joseph Sheppard got the start
in goal and continued his good play saving 25 of 28 shots he faced.
The Black Bears will be home next Friday to face off with the
Watertown Wolves, puck drop is 7:00 PM. |
