MINI RECAP
The Binghamton Black Bears (33-15-5) defeated the Delaware Thunder (8-42-3) by the score of 11-1 on Hall of Fame night in Binghamton at the Visions Veterans Memorial Arena on Friday night. The Black Bears dominated all three periods peppering the Thunder with 76 shots on goal. Chad Lopez scored a hat-trick on the night, while Tyler Gjurich scored 2 goals breaking the FPHL all time goal record of 296 with his 297th goal of his FPHL career. The Black Bears saw six other players score in this game from the sticks of Austin Thompson, Tyson Kirkby, Jestin Somero, Connor Smith, Jacob Waters and Mac Lewis. Talor Joseph only let in 1 goal on 25 shots he saw in this game, winning his 3rd straight game in a row improving his record to 8-2-2. The Black Bears will travel to Delaware to finish the season series with the Thunder, with a puck drop at 7 PM.
