| The Binghamton Black
Bears (2-0) defeated the Watertown Wolves (0-2) 4-1 to win the
Empire Division Series B matchup and move to the Empire Division
finals to face off with the Danbury Hat Tricks (2-0). Chad Lopez had
two goals in the game with one of those being on the man advantage.
The Black Bears also got goals from Tyler Gjurich, Colan Fitzgerald,
Donald Olivieri and Gavin Yates. Talor Joseph earned his second
straight win in the playoffs saving 24 of 25 shots. The Black Bears
will host game one of the next round of the playoffs vs. Danbury on
Friday night at the Visions Veterans Memorial Arena, puck drop is
scheduled for 7 PM. |
