Binghamton Black Bears News: Black Bears Forward Brett Maracle Suspended 2 Games
November 15, 2021 Posted by: Bob Howard Credit: FPHL Website The Federal Prospects Hockey League announced on Monday that Binghamton Black Bears Forward Brett Maracle was suspended for 2 games after Saturday's game versus the Watertown Wolves. | Brett Maracle | Maracle was involved in the dust up at the 12:27 mark of the 3rd period which saw Wolves players come off the bench and come out of the penalty box in front of 3,450 fans at the Visions Veterans Memorial Arena in Binghamton. In the altercation the Wolves Justin Coachman got in a fight with Black Bears Tyler Becker and then with Maracle after Maracle left the bench to confront him. Coachman is being suspended 3 games for his actions in the game as well as Ryan Devine 1 game for spraying water on fans from the penalty box and Nolan Slachetka 1 game for an altercation after the orginal altercation. Maracle who has 1 goal on the season in 5 games will be eligible to return to the team on Wednesday November 24th. The Black Bears next game is this Friday at the Arena hosting the Port Huron Prowlers, game time is scheduled for 7:00 PM.
