Fame netminder Frank Brimsek.

- In 2014-15, became first goalie in Ottawa
history to win the first five starts of his career,
first goalie in NHL history to earn 21 wins in his
first 27 games.

- Named NHL First Star of the Month in March of
2015 by going 10-1-1 with a 2.09 GAA and a .930 SV%.

- His nickname, "The Hamburglar", is a reference to the McDonald's character of the same name, stuck while the goaltender was at Bowling Green University. The name plays off the beginning of Hammond's name and the fact that his college teammates felt he was stealing wins for them.
