May 9, 2025 - by Bob Howard - BinghamtonHockey.net Tyson Kirkby scored the final goal of the season, assisted on 2 other goals for a 3 point night. Blake Tosto scored a goal and had an assist for a 2 point night. Scott Ramaekers had two assists on the night. CJ Stubbs scored a goal in the final game. Austin Thompson scored a goal in the final game of the series, his 1st of the series and his 6th playoff goal in his career. Connor McAnanama earned his 14th career playoff win, saved 35 of 37 shots, was voted Playoffs MVP and finished this season's playoffs with a 0.88 GAA and a .970 Save %. The Black Bears win the Commissioner's Cup back to back years and win the city of Binghamton's 3rd championship in 52 years. A celebration of the team's Back to Back Commissioner's Cup Championship will happen Monday at 6:30 PM outside the Arena.
