April 19, 2025 - by Bob Howard - BinghamtonHockey.net Blake Tosto scored the Black Bears second goal of the game and assisted on the first goal, having a 2 point night. CJ Stubbs scored another specialty teams goal, scoring a power play goal in the 2nd period and assisted on a goal for a 2 point nigh. Tyson Kirkby scored a goal and had an assist in the game for a 2 point night. The Don Father, Donald Olivieri scored a goal in the game, his first of the post-season. Connor McAnanama saved all 15 shots he faced to get the 4-0 shutout and winning his 9th straight playoff game as a Black Bear. The Black Bears sweep the Watertown Wolves and now await the winner of the Port Huron Prowlers and Danbury Hat Tricks series, which is tied at 1 win a piece. The Hat Tricks and the Prowlers will play the deciding game 3 tomorrow in Danbury. This is the third post-season in the row the Black Bears have swept the Wolves in the 1st round.
