April 19, 2025 - by Bob Howard - BinghamtonHockey.net The Binghamton Black Bears and The Watertown Wolves will meet in Binghamton for game 2 of the Quarterfinals. The Black Bears defeated the Wolves in game 1 up in Watertown by the score of 3-s after a short-handed goal from CJ Stubbs. The Black Bears also got goals last night from Scott Ramaekers who scored the first goal of the game and then from Gavin Yates who scored on the power play. The Wolves also got goals on the power play from Trevor Lord and Davide Gaeta. However it was the short-handed goal from Stubbs that won the game up in the north Country for the Black Bears, giving them the 1 game lead in the series. Connor McAnanama won his 8th playoff game in row after winning all 7 games last season and last night's game in Watertown.
