Black Bears Steal Game 1 Up in Watertown, 3-2 April 23, 2025 | ||

April 18, 2025 - by Bob Howard - BinghamtonHockey.net Scott Ramaekers scored the Black Bears first goal of the 2024-25 playoffs in the 1st period. Gavin Yates scored the Black Bears first power play of goal of the playoffs. CJ Stubbs scored a short-handed goal in the 3rd period which ended up being the game winning goal. Connor McAnanama saved 20 of 22 shots on goal for the win, winning his 8th playoff game in a row after going 7-0 last season for the Black Bears. The Black Bears take a 1-0 lead in the series with game 2 now shifting to Binghamton, NY tomorrow at the Visions Veterans Memorial Arena.
