Black Bears Come Back Falls Shorts, Loses 4-3 in Athens

Tyson Kirkby scored his 34th and 35th goals of the season which was also his 11th and 12th power play goals and had an assist for a 3 point night.

Austin Thompson scored a power play goal and assisted on another for a 2 point night.

Gavin Yates had an assist on the night.

Connor McAnanama saved 26 of 30 shots in the loss and now has a record of 29-3-1.

The Black Bears and Rock Lobsters have a quick turnaround and play tomorrow night again at the Akins Ford Arena with the puck dropping at 7:05 PM.
