               <font size="2" face="Courier New">October 31, 2004</font></b><p align="center"><b><font size="2" face="Courier New"><font color="#FF0000">Posted by: <a href="mailto:bob@binghamtonhockey.net">Bob Howard</a><br> Credit: </font><a href=http://www.binghamtonsenators.com>Binghamton Senators.com</a>  </font></b><p align="center"><b><font size="2" face="Courier New">B-SENS SHUTOUT IN WILKES-BARRE <BR> <BR> Binghamton lost two games in a row for the first time this season as they were shutout 2-0 Sunday afternoon by the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins at Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza. <BR> <BR> Marc-Andre Fleury, a former number one overall pick in the National Hockey League entry draft, recorded his first professional shutout in win. Fleury stopped each of the 28 shots he faced in earning his third victory of the season. <BR> <BR> Ray Emery was strong in net as well. The B-Sens goalie stopped 23 of the 24 shots he faced. <BR> <BR> The game was scoreless until Penguins forward Ramzi Abid tallied a power-play goal at 19:52 of the second period with Senators defenseman Jan Platil in the penalty box for a high-sticking call. Shane Endicott and Chris Kelleher had the assists on the play. <BR> <BR> Wilkes-Barre/Scranton would score an empty-net goal with only one second remaining in the game. The goal was scored by Shane Endicott and assisted by Colby Armstrong and Ramzi Abid. <BR> <BR> Binghamton was 0 for 4 with the man advantage while Wilkes-Barre/Scranton was 1 for 7. <BR> <BR> The B-Sens return to action on Friday night when the Albany River Rats come to town. Game time is set for 7:05 p.m. Tickets can be purchased by calling 722-SENS. Fans can hear B-Sens hockey on the radio all year long on WINR 680-AM. Tune in thirty minutes prior to game time for Countdown to Faceoff.</font></b>
