March 1, 2025 - by Bob Howard - BinghamtonHockey.net The Binghamton Black Bears and the Dashers Hockey Club meet for their 6th and final meeting of the season tonight at the Visions Veterans Memorial Arena. The Black Bears are 5-0 this season against the Dashers winning last nights game 9-0. Tyson Kirkby scored a hat trick in the game scoring an even strength goal, a short-handed goal and a power play goal to put his goal total at 109, tied for the most in Black Bears franchise history with Nikita Ivashkin. Nolan Egbert earned the 14 save shut out, his 2nd shut out of his pro career and earning his 14th win of the season. Cameron Clark who had been snake bit as of late broke his 11 game scoreless streak scoring a goal in last night's win. This also marks the end of the very long home stretch which the Black Bears are undefeated coming into tonight's game. After tonight's game the Black Bears will travel to Wytheville, Virginia to face off against the Blue Ridge Bobcats in 3 games in 3 nights.
