February 1, 2025 - by Bob Howard - BinghamtonHockey.net The Binghamton Black Bears and the Columbus River Dragons will meet again for the final time in the regular season, again at the Visions Veterans Memorial Arena tonight at 7 PM. Last night the highly anticipated match-up went completely in the favor of the Black Bears who won the game 11-4 off of some pretty stellar performances from the Hat-Trick Club of Donald Olivieri, Kyle Stephan and Gavin Yates. Tyson Kirkby and Dan Stone had three assists, CJ Stubbs had 4 assists as well in the contest. The River Dragons did get four goals from Ryan Hunter who had two in the game as well as goals from Alexander Jmaeff and Cody Wickline. Nolan Egbert saved 23 of 27 shots from the Black Bears earning his 12th win of the season. The Black Bears won their 9th win in a row, a new franchise high and their 30th in 35 games played.
