With their first pick of the day the Senators grabbed Andrej Meszaros a defenceman from Slovakia, 23rd overall. The Senators also selected Kirill Lyamin a Russian defenceman with their second round pick, 58th overall. Ottawa also traded Radek Bonk to the Los Angeles Kings in exchange for the 77th selection and took Shawn Weller a left winger. The Senators also picked forward Peter Regin and goaltender Jeff Glass in the third round. Ottawa will have an additional six picks on Sunday (Rounds 4-9).</font></b>
